Fontenille Pataud cutlery has been created in Thiers (French capital of cutlery) in 1929. We manufacture knives and corkscrews with the highest respect for the French cutlery tradition.
Our goal was to create a corkscrew, also called a wine opener, which breaks codes and innovator. We imagined a concept combining tradition, modernity and efficiency.
After two years of R&D, the Laguiole Magnum was born, a top-of-the-range corkscrew, which allows to open all bottles easier. With our long and rich background as knife makers, we have used all our know-how to make you live a one of a kind experience during your tastings. In our opinion, drink a good wine bottle opened with a beautiful corkscrew is always more pleasant.
